About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of our innovative technological solutions in Northern Spain. As a key member of our team, you will shape the future of the fitness and health industry, driving sales growth and contributing to our success story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Spearhead the sales of EGYM's technological solutions in your assigned sales territory.
- Consulting: Act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand client business challenges.
- Showcasing: Promote and give demos of EGYM's solutions, generating new business opportunities through cold calling and visits.
- Business Cases: Create and present business cases, offers, and concepts for clients.
- Events: Organize and execute regional sales events with Marketing support.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reporting directly to the Country Director.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of solution selling (B2B) and consultancy experience, preferably with a technological background.
- Fitness Industry: Previous commercial or financial role or management experience in a sport, fitness, or health center.
- Results: Highly motivated and result-driven individual with ability to create and grow customer network.
- Structure: Highly structured daily work with first experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Communication: Solid level of English (spoken and written), passionate about digitalization.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000, commensurate with experience. With a competitive benefits package, including a steep learning curve and continuous development opportunities, we offer an attractive compensation and growth package for our top talent.
