At Byld, we're passionate about creating new ventures with top corporations that will change the world. We're looking for a motivated operations expert to join our team as an Operations & People Manager.

The Role
We're seeking a curious and organized professional to oversee our company's financial reporting, working closely with our operations intern and management team. This role involves responsibility for monthly and quarterly reporting, OKR setting, sales and growth strategy, people & culture strategy, and process improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our company's financial reporting structure
- Collaborate with our operations intern and management team on budget fulfillment and financial forecasting
- Oversee sales and growth strategy to identify industry trends and improve processes
- Define and implement our people & culture strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding and offboarding processes, team offsites, and cultural initiatives
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and revenue blockers
- Provide administrative support to optimize office procedures, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, internal database updates, and contract drafting
- Assist in preparing quotations for clients and reviewing contracts
- Develop procedures for record preservation, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal

About You

A competitive salary is offered: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
