About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development of our brands through effective POS strategy, systems, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 internal sales reps and 10 external field representatives
  • Analyze and provide direction on expanding coverage in Spain
  • Develop and implement Perfect Store POS strategy long-term
  • Collaborate with Country Manager and Sales Manager to achieve sales goals
  • Create a nexus of union between KAM/Cat Mgr and Sales Rep teams for excellent execution
  • Improve dashboards and reporting tools for better performance analysis
  • Benchmark outsourcing supplier market and analyze potential changes
  • Coach sales reps to achieve better performances and set up monthly priorities
  • Create compelling selling stories with Category and Marketing teams
  • Develop Annual Field Force Action Plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commercial, Economics, or Engineering
  • Experience with external outsourcing agencies is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Top leadership capacities to manage a national team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on results
