Account Manager for East Spanish Market

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona, fully remote. As part of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sustained growth and market penetration in the East of Spain, promoting our products and solutions.
This role is part of a dynamic and growing organization that values diversity, creativity, and collaboration. You will be reporting to the Area Sales Manager East, who will plan, implement, and maintain strategies for sustained and profitable growth in your area of responsibility.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing strong relationships with customers to grow existing business by differentiating our solutions clinically and financially;
- Negotiating transparent pricing for long-term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence;
- Adapting to a constantly changing environment with a creative mindset;
- Developing and implementing marketing plan strategies to achieve operating plan goals;
- Establishing commercial relationships with customers to generate new business for our organization's products;
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Clinical Analysis, with excellent oral and written comprehension of English. At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVD/hospital sales field or laboratory is required. Ability to work by objectives and focus on results is essential. Knowledge of the IVD market, sales process, and Stakeholders is also necessary.
The estimated salary for this role is around €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
