Senior Sales Director for Spanish Market

Job Description:
Our client, a top-tier European multinational, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead the Spanish market and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the HQ team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector.
- Previous relevant experience managing teams and demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
