About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at SAP. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through traditional and digital means.
- Consult with technical and business buyers regarding SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Influence customers in IT, technology, and C-level roles about the value of SAP's Platform.
- Support efforts to build business development capabilities and organization.
- Help implement scalable revenue programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of business development experience in enterprise software sales preferred.
- Experience in ERP, application development, data management, planning, and analytics, integration, automation, and/or artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
- Experience and interest in technology trends and translating solutions into business value.
- Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation.
- Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative, and extra-mile mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science required from an accredited university. MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is a benefit.
- Conversational fluency in English (Mandatory).
