Experienced SAP GTS Expert for Customs and Risk Management

Cbs Corporate Business Solutions Unternehmensberatung is seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant to join our Application Management Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the areas of Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support and Troubleshooting: Process, track, and solve 2nd and 3rd level support tickets for SAP GTS services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Technical Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze GTS-related technical application problems in detail, identifying sources of errors and implementing solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Customizing and Implementation: Apply project-related or demand-based adjustments to SAP GTS standards, working closely with customers to create tailored implementation specifications and implementing complex requirements via SAP GTS customizing.
- Communication and Collaboration: Conduct presentations and workshops for customers and interested parties, expanding your skillset regarding SAP GTS and staying up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies.
- Education and Experience: University degree in business administration, (business) informatics, logistics, or a comparable qualification, with initial experience in foreign trade and SAP GTS an advantage.
- SAP Expertise: SAP application expert from industry or relevant professional experience as SAP logistics IT-module lead, with experience in processing support requests (incidents, changes, and service requests) and knowledge of SAP interface technology (e.g., SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI, etc.) desirable.
