Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join our Application Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the areas of Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and resolve complex support tickets for SAP GTS services
  • Analyze technical application problems and identify root causes
  • Apply project-related or demand-based adjustments to SAP GTS standards
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored implementation specifications
  • Implement complex requirements via SAP GTS customizing
  • Develop and deliver presentations and workshops for clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GTS developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, informatics, logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an SAP application expert or in a similar role
  • Initial experience in foreign trade and SAP GTS is an advantage
  • Experience in processing support requests and incident management
  • Desirable: experience with Fiori applications and SAP interface technology
  • Strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English or German
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and company events
