SAP GTS Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and resolve 2nd and 3rd level support inquiries related to SAP GTS services, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting. Investigate and analyze technical application issues related to GTS to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Execute project-specific or demand-driven modifications to SAP GTS standards. Collaborate closely with clients to develop customized implementation specifications. Configure complex requirements through SAP GTS customization. Facilitate presentations and workshops for clients and stakeholders. Continuously enhance your expertise in SAP GTS, including GTSe4H and its extensions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, (business) informatics, logistics, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP application expert or in a relevant logistics IT-module leadership role. Familiarity with foreign trade and SAP GTS is a plus. Experience in handling support requests, including incidents, changes, and service requests. Preferred: Knowledge of Fiori applications pertinent to the GTS domain and familiarity with SAP interface technologies (e.g., SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI) and SAP programming (debugging). Strong service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in English or German. Willingness to travel for client engagements, corporate events, training sessions, etc. Flexible working arrangement, combining remote work with office presence.
