About the Role

CBS Corporate Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join our Application Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the areas of SAP GTS services, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, track, and solve 2nd and 3rd level support tickets for SAP GTS services
  • Analyze GTS-related technical application problems in detail and identify sources of errors and their solutions
  • Apply project-related or demand-based adjustments to SAP GTS standards
  • Work closely with customers to create well-tailored implementation specifications
  • Implement complex requirements via SAP GTS customizing
  • Conduct presentations and workshops for customers and interested parties
  • Continuously expand your skillset regarding SAP GTS, including GTSe4H and extensions
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, logistics, or a comparable field
  • SAP application expert from industry or relevant professional experience as SAP logistics IT-module lead
  • Initial experience in foreign trade and SAP GTS is an advantage
  • Experience in processing support requests (incidents, changes, and service requests)
  • Desirable: experience in dealing with Fiori applications relevant to the GTS area and knowledge of SAP interface technology (e.g., SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI, etc.) and SAP programming (debugging)
  • Heavily service-oriented way of working
  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English or German
  • Willingness to travel for occasional customer visits, company events, trainings, etc.
  • Hybrid way of work, flexibility in terms of presence (combination of remote work and office days)
