SAP GTS Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and resolve advanced support tickets related to SAP GTS services, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting. Investigate and analyze technical application issues related to GTS, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. Implement project-specific or demand-driven modifications to SAP GTS standards. Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored implementation specifications. Execute complex requirements through SAP GTS customization. Facilitate presentations and workshops for clients and stakeholders. Continuously enhance your expertise in SAP GTS, including GTSe4H and its extensions.

Qualifications:

A degree in business administration, (business) informatics, logistics, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP application expert in the industry or as a lead in SAP logistics IT modules. Familiarity with foreign trade and SAP GTS is a plus. Experience in handling support requests, including incidents, changes, and service requests. Preferred: experience with Fiori applications relevant to GTS and knowledge of SAP interface technologies (e.g., SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI) and SAP programming (debugging). Strong service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in English or German. Willingness to travel for client meetings, company events, and training sessions.
