Job Title: Operations and Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Services Coordinator to join our team at Belmonte Group. As a key member of our Operations & Services Management Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Operations Director in maintaining the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Venue.
  • Develop and implement sustainability solutions to reduce the company's carbon footprint and improve environmental ratios.
  • Assist the Operations Department in setting up, tracking, and achieving budgets for common costs.
  • Carry out preventative measures to ensure Health and Safety standards are met and continually monitored.
  • Complete timely legal compliance checks, including risk assessments and Health and Safety strategies.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with 3rd party contractors.
  • Supervise daily corrective and preventive maintenance of all Venue property.
  • Support the FM program and supervise contracted services, including security, cleaning, and landscaping.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Engineer or similar with one year of comparable experience in a commercial or leisure center, hospitality business, or tourism environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exemplary operational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Physically fit and self-motivated.
  • Able to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
