KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Fragrance Operations Maintenance Leader, your main responsibility will be to manage the daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the fragrance packaging division at our facility.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading a team of 60 skilled technicians.
  • Overseeing maintenance operations effectively.
  • Prioritizing the plant's top 5 operational goals on a daily basis.
  • Managing personnel organization and weekly schedules.
  • Handling recruitment processes and budget oversight.
  • Implementing essential annual training programs.
  • Conducting routine evaluations of packaging line performance.
  • Owning the Fragrance PM DMS initiative.
  • Monitoring and assessing PM KPIs weekly.
  • Managing workshop and spare parts inventory efficiently.
  • Ensuring machine safety at the Granollers facility.
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures for new machinery maintenance plans.
  • Overseeing asset management and capital expenditures.
  • Creating the maintenance budget for the fiscal year.
  • Coordinating production administration tasks.
  • Managing maintenance CR360 responsibilities.
  • Providing support for priority production lines.

COLLABORATION

You will collaborate closely with a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift Coordinators, and approximately 60 Mechanics.

  • Possess a technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities.
  • Be analytical and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
