About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Fragrances Maintenance team at our plant. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fragrance packaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 60 technicians in daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
  • Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for people management and organization on a weekly basis.
  • Hire and manage personnel, including FTE budget control.
  • Develop and implement a mandatory yearly training plan.
  • Conduct daily and weekly DDS of priority lines.
  • Review 100% of packing lines performance on a monthly basis.
  • Own the Fragrances PM DMS pillar.
  • Follow up on PM KPI's (BD + % PM) on a weekly basis.
  • Manage workshop and spare parts inventory.
  • Own machine safety for the Granollers site, including LOTO leadership.
  • Develop SOPs for new machinery PM plans.
  • Manage assets and maintain a high level of equipment availability.
  • Oversee Fragrances CAPEX and OVH management accounts.
  • Create the Maintenance Budget for the fiscal year.
  • Manage production administrators and maintenance CR360.
  • Assist with task forces for priority lines.

About the Team:

The team consists of a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift Coordinators, and around 60 mechanics.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive).
  • Leadership experience with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work autonomously.
  • Good command of English language and Spanish advanced needed.
