Fragrances Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Fragrances Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team at Coty. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations in the fragrance packaging department.
- Lead a team of 60 technicians and manage maintenance operations.
- Supervise the plant's top 5 priorities on a daily basis.
- Oversee people management and organization on a weekly basis.
- Manage hiring processes and budget control.
- Implement mandatory yearly training plans.
- Conduct regular reviews of packing lines performance.
- Owning the Fragrances PM DMS pillar.
- Track and analyze PM KPI's on a weekly basis.
- Manage workshop and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure machine safety for the site.
- Develop SOP for new machinery PM plans.
- Manage assets and CAPEX.
- Create maintenance budget for the fiscal year.
- Coordinate production administration.
- Handle maintenance CR360 tasks.
- Provide assistance for priority lines.
You will be working alongside a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift Coordinators, and approximately 60 Mechanics.
Requirements- Hold a technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance.
- Have at least 2 years of similar experience in an industrial sector.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Be analytical and capable of autonomous work.
- Possess advanced English and Spanish language skills.
