About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead our Fragrance Packaging department's maintenance operations. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fragrance packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 60 technicians in daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
  • Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis, ensuring optimal production levels.
  • Oversee people management and organization, including hiring and FTE budget control.
  • Develop and implement a mandatory yearly training plan for the maintenance team.
  • Conduct daily and weekly DDS of priority lines to ensure efficient production.
  • Review monthly performance of 100% of packing lines to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Fragrances PM DMS pillar, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze PM KPIs (BD + % PM) on a weekly basis.
  • Manage workshop and spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee machine safety for the Granollers site, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Lead LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures to prevent accidents.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for new machinery PM plans.
  • Manage assets, including maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Oversee Fragrances CAPEX and OVH management account, ensuring budget compliance.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets for the fiscal year.
  • Manage production administrator and maintenance CR360 teams.
  • Provide task force assistance for priority lines to ensure efficient production.
About the Team

The team consists of a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift coordinators, and around 60 mechanics.

Requirements
  • Technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive).
  • Leadership experience with communication and coordination capacity.
  • Analytical thinking and capability to work and lead autonomously.
  • Good command of the English language and advanced Spanish skills.
