We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to lead our Fragrances Value Stream. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our filling plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the production plan is executed in accordance with established standards.
- Solve daily issues and lead teams to achieve optimal results.
- Implement and maintain standardized production processes, driving continuous improvement at the manufacturing level.
- Develop and motivate middle managers to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in investigations arising from incidents or accidents, and lead root cause analysis for quality nonconformities.
- Manage planned breakdowns and stops to ensure compliance with the production plan.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor production efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Propose continuous improvement actions to enhance business performance.
- Lead and motivate the Production Managers team, including Process Engineers, Shift Leaders, and Maintenance Area personnel.
- Participate in Granollers business needs and develop necessary systems to increase facility capacity.
- Improve the capability of the fragrances teams by developing AM, PM, settings cards, C/O, standardization, visual management, DMS, and problem-solving skills.
