Senior Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the production activities of our fragrances value stream.
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee the production plan complies with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
- Solve daily issues and lead teams to achieve production goals.
- Consolidate the implementation of systems, solve problems, standardize production processes, and maintain continuous improvement at the manufacturing site.
- Develop and motivate middle managers to achieve high performance.
- Actively participate in investigations arising from incidents/accidents that may occur at the plant.
- Lead investigations/root cause analysis of quality nonconformities in different lines.
- Manage planned breakdowns and stops to ensure compliance with the production plan (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Report KPIs and follow-up production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with established GMP standards.
- Make proposals for continuous improvement actions.
- Lead and motivate the Production Managers team (Process Engineers, Shift Leader, and Maintenance Area).
- Participate in Granollers Compelling Business Needs.
- Build necessary systems to increase facility capacity (improve OEE, build flexibility, track monthly capacity, production basics, visual management).
- Improve the capability of the fragrances' teams: develop AM, PM, Settings cards, C/O, Standardization, Visual management, DMS, and problem-solving.
