Job Description

**Job Title:** Operations and Services Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations and Services Coordinator to join our team at Belmonte Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Operations & Services Management Team with the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Support the Operations Director:** Provide support to the Operations Director in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the venue.
  2. **Sustainability Solutions:** Evaluate the company's carbon footprint and propose corrective measures to improve ratios. Conduct data analysis to report and correct behaviors, and advise on ways to achieve sustainability targets set by the company.
  3. **Budget Management:** Assist the Operations Department in setting up, tracking, and achieving budgets for the common costs of the venue.
  4. **Health and Safety:** Carry out preventative measures regarding Health and Safety issues to evaluate performance and conduct risk assessments and Health and Safety strategies.
  5. **Legal Compliance:** Complete timely legal compliance checks, including risk assessments and Health and Safety strategies.
  6. **Partnerships:** Assist the Operations Director in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors.
  7. **Maintenance and Repairs:** Supervise daily corrective and preventive maintenance of all property, including minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other projects carried out in the Venue.
  8. **FM Program:** Support the FM program corrective and preventive maintenance.
  9. **Security Team:** Supervise the Security Team and ensure appropriate cover is maintained at all times, with a proactive behavior with guests.
  10. **Soft Operational Areas:** Supervise soft Operational areas such as gardening and cleaning, with a guest-centric mindset.
  11. **Contracted Services:** Supervise and control other contracted services needs for the smooth business running.
  12. **Community Relations:** Maintain strong relationships with the local police, fire brigade, and ambulance services.
  13. **Communications:** Oversee communications with contracted cleaning companies and management teams.
  14. **Landscaping Contract:** Supervise the landscaping contract of the Venue.
  15. **Other Contracted Services:** Supervise and control other contracted services such as pest control, air fresheners, diaper and sanitary napkin dispensers, public telephones, etc.
  16. **Brand Compliance:** Ensure that Brands comply with the venue's rules and regulations concerning material supply, waste disposal, use of common installations, operating hours, car parking, etc.
  17. **Purchase Orders:** Process purchase orders to contractors, suppliers, consumable control, and day-to-day support with the Cleaning, Security, and Car Parking Teams.
  18. **H&S Standards:** Implement H&S standards and carry out the weekly recorded inspection regarding every standard.

**Requirements:**

  1. **Industrial Engineer or Similar:** Industrial Engineer or similar with one year of comparable experience with a commercial or leisure center, hospitality business, or tourism environment.
  2. **Prioritization and Task Management:** Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  3. **Operational Skills:** Exemplary operational skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  4. **Fast-Paced Environment:** Previous experience of working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  5. **Organization and Communication:** Excellent organization and communication skills.
  6. **Customer Service:** Customer service oriented.
  7. **Physical Fitness:** Physically fit and self-motivated.
  8. **Teamwork:** Able to work individually or as part of a team.
  9. **Language Skills:** Fluent in English and Spanish.
