The Field Applications Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a key role within our Customer Care Dx Organisation, responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.

This position requires a strong understanding of the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. As a Field Applications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry and the company.
  • Provide excellent professional support and training to Beckman Coulter's customers.
  • Maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner, resolve issues to deliver a high-quality Customer Experience.
  • Develop commercial awareness through cross-functional support of the business.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University Scientific degree + Min 1 year experience in Clinical Laboratory.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis.
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography, including overnight travel (up to 50%).
  • Ability to work flexible hours as per the business needs.
