Job Title: Field Applications Specialist

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Specialist to join our team. As a Field Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of diagnostic instrumentation and systems.
  • Install and maintain diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, company products, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention.
Requirements:
  • University scientific degree.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in clinical laboratory.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as per the business needs.
