Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Applications Specialist to join our team. As a Field Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers, ensuring that they are able to get the most out of our diagnostic instrumentation and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the installation, maintenance, and operation of our diagnostic instrumentation and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying that knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • University scientific degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as per business needs.
