Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Specialist to join our team in Pamplona. As a key member of our Customer Care Dx Organisation, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our diagnostic solutions
  • Install and maintain diagnostic instrumentation and systems
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns through troubleshooting and technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high-quality service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer contract retention rates
Requirements
  • University scientific degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in clinical laboratory
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography
