International Sales Specialist for Digital Media in Madrid

Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key player in our digital media sales strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with Polish publishers. With a strong background in sales and a keen eye for detail, you will excel in this role and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on this exciting opportunity. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business partners from Poland, develop a stable pipeline of leads, and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets. You will work closely with our technical, sales, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business partners from Poland through various channels, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Develop a stable pipeline of leads and prioritize opportunities based on their potential value.
  • Closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and maximize revenue growth.
  • Become a trusted contact and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, resulting in long-term loyalty.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and experience. As a native Polish speaker with advanced English skills, you will excel in communicating effectively with our diverse team and customers. A proven track record in sales, particularly in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach, is essential. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, and digital advertising formats.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional commissions and a bonus structure.
