Job Summary

We are seeking a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, changes, and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, engagement, and increased sales.
Requirements
  • Data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with C2 level of Spanish and C1 (or higher) level of English.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary estimated at €28,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
  • A temporary 1-month contract, with potential for growth and individual career paths within the project.
  • 39 hours/week from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 19:00.
