About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our hotel partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our portfolio of local hotel partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel partnerships and drive revenue growth in Spain and Portugal.
  • Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to hotels, ensuring best-rate parity, availability, and inventory.
  • Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions, and conduct data research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with Catalan and/or Portuguese a plus.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in OTA or e-commerce, with a strong background in account management and new business development.
  • Revenue/yield management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and positive attitude, with a strong team player mentality.
