PSS Manager for Timberland Spain and Portugal

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled PSS Manager to join our team at Timberland in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of operational concepts and procedures for our Partnership Stores in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational concepts and procedures for Partnership Stores
  • Collaborate with other retail departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and sharing of best practices
  • Build and manage store P&L from scratch, including budget preparation and financial planning
  • Assist in compiling market strategy for PSS development and support country teams in evaluating and recruiting new Partners
  • Liaise with buying groups and mall operators to educate on our requirements for new locations
  • Work with Construction, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing Department to ensure new store openings are delivered
  • Coordinate VF approval process and contract issuing with Legal Department
  • Provide forecasts, budgets, and estimates for PSS stakeholders
  • Manage Partners Store Communication process with stakeholders
  • Develop Timberland Store product assortments for various store types on a seasonal basis
  • Ensure execution through managing local Partnership Stores Coordinators and Partnership responsible teams
  • Distribute retail training in product knowledge, selling concepts, etc.
  • Analyze and utilize data to improve Partnership Stores' performance and KPIs
