At Vf, we're committed to making a positive impact on the world through our products and operations. As a PSS Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Partnership Stores in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational concepts and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Retail departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and sharing of best practices.
  • Build and manage store P&L, including budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Recruit and manage franchising partners in Spain and Portugal, with a focus on footwear.
  • Develop market strategies for PSS development and support country teams in evaluating and recruiting new Partners.
  • Liaise with buying groups and mall operators to educate on our requirements for new locations.
  • Work with Construction, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing departments to ensure new store openings are delivered.
  • Coordinate VF approval process and contract issuing with Legal Department.
  • Provide forecasts, budgets, and estimates for PSS stakeholders.
  • Manage Partners Store Communication process with stakeholders, including store layout guidelines, window directives, and seasonal training materials.
  • Develop Timberland Store product assortments for various store types on a seasonal basis.
  • Ensure execution through managing local Partnership Stores Coordinators and Partnership responsible teams.
  • Distribute retail training in product knowledge, selling concepts, and other essential skills.
  • Analyze and utilize data to improve Partnership Stores' performance and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the country teams and business partners.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing franchising partners in Spain and Portugal, preferably in footwear.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations.
