Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of contact center services, with over 4,700 employees across 10 sites. As a highly-skilled Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

Purpose of the Role:

You will work towards individual targets, but also be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. You will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls, managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity quota quarterly, and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
  2. Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, educating customers on our offerings and executing daily outbound phone calls and emails.
  3. Contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs, gathering technical requirements and correlating business needs to available Cloud solutions.
  4. Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM databases, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  5. Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level), with fluency in English and ability to speak and write idiomatically.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
