About the Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist at DocPlanner, you will be responsible for monitoring revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective performance of daily operations. This includes tracking business results, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection in our CRM and other areas.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams, providing actionable information and insights to improve productivity.
  • Take an active part in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
  • Train sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes.
  • Re-think processes, detect bottlenecks, and constantly pursue improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate with team members and other departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or related positions.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must.
  • Excel expertise.
  • Analytical thinking and report creation skills.
  • Good understanding of numbers and people management.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with new tools and skills.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
