We're seeking talented individuals to join our team as Representative Order Entry in Madrid. This role is an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area, responsible for executing complex or specialized work. The ideal candidate will have acquired their skills from several years of experience or specialist training in a particular area and be able to work independently, applying standards yet adapting precedent to resolve problems.

The primary responsibility of this role is to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls, using computerized systems to navigate data entry and other relevant applications. This requires extensive knowledge of the company, its products, and services, as well as the ability to assess customer needs and suggest alternative products or services when necessary.

This position also involves receiving non-routine calls that require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. The representative will typically transfer calls to the appropriate person as necessary, handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Additionally, they will be required to answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services effectively.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong business orientation, proficient Microsoft Office application skills, and experience with SAP/AS 400 or similar systems. A foundation in administration or baccalaureate degree is also preferred. With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the successful candidate will be able to contribute to the success of our team and help us deliver exceptional results in customer service and order processing.

**Salary Range:** €30,000 - €50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
