Amazon Shipping Business Development Executive

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain as an Amazon Shipping Business Development Executive. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to launching and developing a new business, collaborating with various teams, and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain, identifying opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales.
- Collect market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.
- Establish top-level relationships with customers, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage programs and build products that meet customer needs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and advisory capabilities for senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and achieve goals relentlessly.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- MBA.
- Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools.
- Experience working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift).
**Location:** Madrid (4 Towers district), with moderate travel within Spain (max. 15-20%).
**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
