Meritt is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth across North America, with a focus on the US market.
This high-impact leadership role demands an experienced sales professional with a successful track record in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will lead strategy, manage and expand the sales team, and drive execution to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a North American sales strategy aligned with ambitious revenue goals, focusing on expanding market share across diverse U.S. markets.
- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing remote sales team capable of driving exponential growth in a dynamic, competitive landscape.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Revenue Growth: Drive and exceed revenue targets by developing a robust sales pipeline, fostering key partnerships, and expanding into new customer segments.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and success metrics for the team, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and refine strategies.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales leadership, preferably with experience scaling sales teams in a tech or SaaS company with high-growth targets, fintech experience being highly desirable.
- Remote Team Management: Proven success leading and managing remote teams across dispersed locations, with a track record of building collaborative, high-impact teams.
- Growth Focus: Strong strategic thinker with experience driving substantial revenue growth, particularly in companies scaling between $50M and $150M ARR.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging data and sales metrics to drive decision-making, optimize team performance, and maximize growth opportunities.
We estimate this role comes with an annual salary around $120,000-$180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package that includes access to established CRM and sales support systems, as well as opportunities for professional growth within Meritt's dynamic environment.
