About The North Face

The North Face is a leading outdoor brand that pushes the boundaries of innovation and exploration. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Madrid.

Salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per year

This role involves maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals by engaging customers on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service and monitoring customer feedback to address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of related experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals
  • Lead an environment of productivity by engaging customers on the sales floor
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement
  • Ensure excellence in customer service
  • Monitor customer feedback and address customer concerns
