Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $24,000-$78,000 per year, based on experience and location, with additional performance-based compensation.
Job Description
We're looking for a sales leader who can shape the future of B2B sales. As Head of Sales and/or Co-Founder, you'll lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures, with significant ownership opportunities in the ones you scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures
- Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across North American markets
- Shape service offerings based on market feedback
- Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies
- Regular travel to key markets (approximately 25%)
Requirements
- Proven track record selling B2B solutions ($750K+ annual revenue)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of US B2B markets
- Ability to sell both productized services and custom solutions
- Native-level American English communication skills
- Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration abilities
