Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, focusing on the technical components of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to craft and present solutions that incorporate Video Security & Access Control products.
  • Prepare responses to tender specifications and facilitate product evaluations in intricate scenarios.
  • Provide training for both staff and channel partners on our solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to ensure that proposed products and solutions align with client specifications.
  • Communicate technical nuances and highlight the distinct benefits of our offerings to stakeholders with varied expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience in Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering or equivalent role for a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of the access control, and video surveillance markets and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and focused individual with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent English speaking and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent presentation skills in-person or using remote teleconference tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud hosted video and access control solutions experience.
  • University degree or diploma in technology matters.
  • Prior experience in the security industry, including certifications in enterprise and/or cloud hosted video and/or access control solutions.
  • Microsoft, Cisco and/or any other relevant technical certifications.
Travel Requirements
