- Prepare responses to tender specifications and facilitate product evaluations in intricate scenarios.
- Provide training for both staff and channel partners on our solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to ensure that proposed products and solutions align with client specifications.
- Communicate technical nuances and highlight the distinct benefits of our offerings to stakeholders with varied expertise.
- Experience in Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering or equivalent role for a technology company.
- Strong understanding of the access control, and video surveillance markets and solutions.
- Self-motivated and focused individual with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction.
- Fluent English speaking and strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent presentation skills in-person or using remote teleconference tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Cloud hosted video and access control solutions experience.
- University degree or diploma in technology matters.
- Prior experience in the security industry, including certifications in enterprise and/or cloud hosted video and/or access control solutions.
- Microsoft, Cisco and/or any other relevant technical certifications.
