Position Summary: Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Engineer to support our national growth by strengthening our Sales Engineering team in Spain. This dynamic role involves pre-sales for the Contact Center area, requirement gathering with customers, and preparation of responses to RFI's, RFQ's, and Public Tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales for the Contact Center area
- Requirement gathering with customers
- Preparation of responses to RFI's, RFQ's, and Public Tenders
- Technical Presentation of the Contact Center Solution
- Identification of new features to be developed within the scope of Contact Center solutions
Requirements:
- Higher qualification in the area of engineering or similar
- Pre-sales experience of voice and Contact Center software solutions
- Previous experience in Team Management
- Contact and knowledge of Windows and operating systems
- Knowledge of databases
- Voice knowledge about IP
- Knowledge of networks and IP Protocols
- Knowledge of scripting tools
- Experience in coordination or project management in the sector is valued
- Fluency in English
