Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advocate to support our administrative and organizational tasks at Slade Glass. This role involves being the first point of contact for valued members, delivering a satisfying member experience by listening, understanding, and addressing their concerns promptly.
In this fast-paced 24/7 operation, you'll have the opportunity to empower members with legendary service through comprehensive training. As part of a structured environment, you'll set and meet performance goals to drive member satisfaction.
Growth and Advancement Opportunities
- Field incoming calls from clients regarding orders, products, and services.
- Understand the nature of the reason for contact and document details accurately.
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor, especially during high-intensity calls.
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite processes.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience; Call Center experience is preferred.
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress.
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills.
