We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Sales Manager to lead our European market expansion efforts at Arctech Solar.
As a global leader in solar energy solutions, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar sales, with a strong focus on solar trackers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including owners and EPC companies.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve performance objectives and exceed targets.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Arctech's technological advantages.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable contracts for the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in solar sales, with a strong emphasis on solar trackers.
- In-depth understanding of the solar industry, including market dynamics, technologies, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
