We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our President. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the President, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Manage the President's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Leadership Team and senior management.
- Support the President in preparing for meetings and presentations, including researching and gathering information.
- Manage confidential information and maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, and handle correspondence on behalf of the President.
- Meet and greet guests, and ensure they are looked after.
- Support the Executive Team in their role as Company Secretary, including planning, monitoring, recording information, communicating with Trustees, and updating documentation.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Experience of Company Secretary obligations.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and organized approach.
- Reliable, responsive, discrete, confidential, and diplomatic.
