Global Product Technical Support Specialist Agronomist
We are looking for a skilled Agronomist to join our Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management Department. As a Global Product Technical Support Specialist Agronomist, you will provide guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Assist in conducting training sessions for internal and external clients
- Help document and manage product information in our Knowledge Management system
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to create clear and concise product information
- Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly
