Technical Product Support Specialist

In the realm of product support, we are seeking a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team at GMV. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in product support, preferably in communications or cybersecurity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to customers, resolving incidents related to our products deployed in high-security environments, and participating in commissioning activities. They will also be tasked with collecting customer needs and proposals for improvement to deliver high-quality technical support.
A key aspect of this role is resolving incidents and doubts regarding the use of our products, assisting with deployment in various environments (commissioning, test environments, and demonstrations), and obtaining feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
We require technicians with experience in product support who possess strong analytical skills, particularly in analyzing communications within TCP/IP networks, PKI, network traffic, application protocols, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
