Shared Services Centre Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shared Services Centre Specialist to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our Shared Services Centre, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our policy servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake audits and quality control checking of outsourced and retained work elements to ensure the service being provided meets our high standards.
- Take personal responsibility for the quality control of own and outsourced work elements to ensure the highest standards of delivery are achieved.
- Book premiums onto business systems within agreed service level agreements.
- Prepare required policy documentation within agreed SLAs and quality standards.
- Produce system over limit reports and daily SOX reporting (including outsourced partners processed business) for team leader sign off.
- Review and monitor all outsourced work elements, identify type and frequency of problems or inefficiencies, track root cause analysis of rework and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and maintain delivery of contract certainty requirements for both retained and outsourced bookings.
- Undertake processing and control of broker closings and other underwriting support activities.
- Have an in-depth understanding of processes and adopt an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying and eradicating any non-value process steps.
- Assist credit control with the management of credit referrals within agreed limits of authority.
- Quality check booking requests received on registration system or any other format before forwarding to third-party service provider.
- Native/bilingual level in Dutch.
- Business level of English.
- Experience within a processing role is essential, particularly experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting.
- Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
- Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
