Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud Services to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using Microsoft cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues related to Microsoft cloud services
- Support the delivery of cloud services to customers
- Determine technical support pain areas and provide feedback to Technical Advisors and PG teams
- Achieve CPE team goals and time to resolution or escalation
- Maintain technical skills through ongoing training and certification
- Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud
Requirements
- Fluent level of Spanish and English (minimum B2)
- Previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO)
- Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes)
- Knowledge of Basic API and Networking
- Understanding of Basic programming (Python, C#)
