As an IT Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute customized growth strategies for our clients, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue across the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product expertise and provide training and ongoing support to clients as needed.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to our internal teams to inform product development and improve overall client experience.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in the Consulting, IT Services, and Software/SaaS industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
