Job Title: International IT Support Coordinator

At Selección -It, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our international support team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing support activities, focusing on IT incident and problem management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage IT support activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Develop and implement IT support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze IT support metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize support processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on incident and problem management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in ITIL and other relevant technical tools and methodologies.
