About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing all interactions between clients and distributors in the order-to-cash process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centralize customer relationships in the order-to-cash process, providing information on order status, products, deliveries, stock, invoices, and collections.
  • Manage order and delivery processes, resolving issues to create sales orders and unblock deliveries.
  • Address delivery process incidents, modifying orders and deliveries, interacting with the logistics department, and providing customer information.
  • Manage transportation, preparing orders for delivery, following up on orders, and providing customer information.
  • Process invoices, reviewing and unblocking orders for invoicing and generating billing documents.
  • Manage overdue or bad debt.
  • Handle claims, receiving, analyzing, registering, and providing customer information.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in back-office or customer service, preferably in the luxury sector. It is mandatory to speak French in a native or bilingual level and be fluent in English and Spanish.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate your problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and capacity to handle a high volume of work.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of extending to a permanent contract in an excellent working environment.
