About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our valued customers, ensuring their environments are secure and running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners, addressing their complex post-sales concerns and providing in-depth evaluations of various factors.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to create an environment of transparency, leading to better products, working environments, and cybersecurity.
  • Manage support cases, ensuring issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues, publishing technical support bulletins and other documentation in the Knowledge Base.
  • Review technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide on-call support 24x7 on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
  • Experience with DLP, data patterns, and data governance.
  • Experience with Linux and Unix systems.
  • Required experience with Cloud Security and AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Knowledge of CASB services is a plus.
