Senior Technical Support Specialist

As a member of the Oracle Support organization, your focus is to deliver exceptional post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
- Facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees.
- Ensuring operational stability of customers' environments by handling and documenting technical requirements.
- Managing Incidents, Problems, and Changes tickets to support customer success.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge articles and runbooks.
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve technical challenges and work issues to resolution.
- Providing 24x7 support working on shifts and/or on-duty model for the European and Global Customer Base.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with customers' IT staff on a regular basis, resolving moderately complex technical problems related to Oracle products.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to communicate technical aspects to business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in remote services delivery, troubleshooting, and change management.
- Thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware architecture.
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle products such as WebLogic Server, Service Bus, and Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
