About the Role:

Celonis, the market leader in Process Intelligence, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic international expansion team. As a trusted partner to our functional hiring managers, you will oversee and guide both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and ideally another European language.
  • Background hiring talent for varied job roles, including Go-to-Market hiring and Product and Engineering hiring.
  • Experience with recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
